Example of some metals are: Iron (Fe), Aluminium (Al), Silver (Ag), Copper (Cu)
Examples of some non-metals are: Hydrogen (H), Nitrogen (N), Sulphur (S), Oxygen (O)
Example of metalloids are Silicon (Si), Arsenic (As)
