How are the infrastructural facilities to be developed in the NCR ?
Power tariff will have to be adjusted that Delhi becomes less attractive for industrial and commercial power. Efforts have to be made to provide drinking water in sufficient quantity to urban and rural areas of NCR. The problems of sanitation, sewage disposal and storm water drainage will have to be tackled firstly in the urban areas.
