The Meghalaya Board of School Education (abbreviated as MBOSE) is the main board of school education in the Indian state of Meghalaya, responsible for Secondary School Leaving Certificate(SSLC) as well as the Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate(HSSLC) Exam in the state education management in its affiliated schools.

The board came existence on 25th September 1973 under the Meghalaya Board of School Education Act, 1973 (Meghalaya Act 10, 1973).
