When an object moves in a circular path with a constant velocity, its motion is called uniform circular motion. In the uniform circular motion, the magnitude of the velocity is constant at all points and the direction of the velocity changes continuously.
In such a motion the speed may be same throughout the motion but its velocity (which is tangential) is different at each and every point of its motion. Thus, the uniform circular motion is an accelerated motion.
