3x²y³ , 10x³y², 6x²y²z

∵            3x²y³= 3 × x × x × y × y × y
                       = (x × x × y × y) × 3 × y

             10x³y² = 2 × 5 × x × x × x × y × y
                         = (x × x × y × y) × 2 × 5 × x

              6x²y²z = 2 × 3 × x × x × y × y × z
                         = (x × x × y × y) × 2 × 3 × z

∴   the common factor = (x × x × y × y)

                              = x²y²
