Let AB a pole and DE be a tower. BC is the shadow of the pole such that BC = 4 m. It is given that, height of pole (AB) = 6 m.
Let EF is the shadow of the tower DE such that EF = 28 m.
Let height of the tower be 4 m.
In ∆ABC and ∆DEF, we have
∠B = ∠E (90°)
∠A = ∠D
[∵ Shadow are case at the same rate]
