As given, 13x - 5 < 15x + 4 < 7x + 12, x  R

We can rewrite,

13x - 5 < 15x + 4       15x + 4 < 7x + 12

13x < 15x + 9

0 < 2x + 9

-9 < 2x

-92 < x

Therefore , -92 < x < 1

i.e. -4.5 < x < 1

Therefore, solution set = {x : -4.5 < x < 1, x  R}
